Late night timber cleaning to a deadline

The house building project is dependent upon the weather, in Autumn when it is dry the builders take advantage of the weather and work as fast as they can. As a result deadlines can sometimes take a leap forwards by a week or more at the drop of a hat.

Having been informed by the builder at 17:30pm on a Wednesday evening that they would be starting to prepare the roof tomorrow so would need the three 17 foot oak A frame bottom joists first thing in the morning in what ever state they were in, here we literally burnt the midnight oil to get them finished and labelled up for 07:30am the following morning.
